// Branding

Overview

For this branding project I got to work with an incredible team, from Edlen & Co., Lone Wolf, Hacker Architects, and Atlas Management. Our goal was to craft a brand that embodied Washougal’s unique personality—outdoorsy, authentic, and community-driven—while setting a new standard for the area’s future. We focused on creating a visual identity that balanced natural serenity with modern urban energy.

Through market research and team discussions, we identified key brand traits like pride, independence, and connection to nature. The building’s personality was personified as thoughtful and independent, with a relaxed, approachable feel. We developed mood boards and brand concepts that reflected these values, emphasizing organic textures and earthy blue tones to create an inviting atmosphere for both tenants and the broader community.

The final branding execution included logos, typography, a full visual identity system, and a website. The design captured the building’s role as a community hub, integrating Washougal’s history while looking forward, positioning the development as a welcoming and forward-thinking space for residents and visitors alike.
